Brendan Alex Phoenix is a multi-disciplinary digital photographer whose primary work is based on landscapes and abstract photography called BAPstracts (pronounced bap-stracts).
His landscapes feature natural scenes devoid of people in order to capture the spirit of the outdoors. Brendan uses a tripod to take multiple photographs and combines them in post-processing to create his desired outcome. He offers handmade greeting cards, prints, and free digital wallpapers of his landscapes.
BAPstracts or Brendan Alex Phoenix abstracts are originally abstract photographs of sunlight reflecting off the ocean during sunset. Brendan then takes those photographs and combines them to create mesmerizing patterns that he can use to produce his “Stripes” and “Now Clocks”.
Brendan has been the marketing director for Nestucca Valley Artisans since April 2025 and was the secretary from 2023 until March 2025. He designed the website and manages the Instagram account.
